Publish your listings in 4 steps

  1. Download the template

    Pick the Romanian or English edition. Keep the column structure unchanged.

  2. Enter your products

    One row per product. The two shaded rows are examples — type over them.

  3. Send the file

    By email, to promo.palletclearance@gmail.com. You may also attach photos, spec sheets or certificates.

  4. We publish in 48h

    Within 48 business hours. We email you once your offers are live.

The one thing to get right

Price and stock may use different units. "Stock UoM" is the unit of the quantity; "Price per" is the unit of the price. If you have 24 pallets but your price list is per piece, enter stock = 24, Stock UoM = pallet, price = 1.30, Price per = pcs. Do not convert it yourself — fill in "Units per pallet" and we compute it.

Useful rules

  • All prices are entered VAT EXCLUDED.
  • One row = one product at one price. If you quote volume tiers, write one row per tier.
  • If the price is negotiable, set "Price on request" = YES and leave the price blank.
  • When several products share one pallet, give them the same "Lot / pallet ID".
  • An empty cell always beats a guess.
