PalletClearance is operated by EURO INTERMED SOLUTIONS (VAT RO39132147, Reg. No. J8/735/2018, Brașov, Romania). It is a qualified B2B clearance and stock-routing desk. It is not a marketplace: it does not publish open stock lists, public prices, checkout or online sale. By using this website you accept these terms.
2. Business use only
This website is intended for business-to-business (B2B) use. By submitting a request you confirm you act on behalf of a company and are authorized to do so.
3. No guarantee of a transaction
Submitting a request does not create any obligation or guarantee that an opportunity will be matched, qualified or concluded. Each request is reviewed at our discretion, and any commercial terms are agreed separately and directly between the relevant parties.
4. Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate and lawful information. You are responsible for the stock, products and details you describe, and for your right to offer or request them.
5. Confidentiality
We treat the commercial details you submit as confidential and route them only within the Euro Intermed Solutions ecosystem and to relevant qualified partners, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The PalletClearance name, design and content belong to EURO INTERMED SOLUTIONS and may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, EURO INTERMED SOLUTIONS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or from any commercial decision based on information exchanged through it.
7bis. The automated assistant (AI)
On the website and on WhatsApp you are answered by an automated assistant powered by artificial intelligence. It identifies itself as such at the start of every conversation.
The assistant runs the qualification conversation and checks a company’s public registration data. It does not negotiate, confirm prices, accept orders or conclude contracts — nothing the assistant says constitutes a binding offer or obliges us contractually. A commercial relationship arises only from a written confirmation by the team.
You can ask to speak to a person at any time: the “Talk to a person” button in the chat window, the word “operator” in the conversation, or the contact details at the end of this page. A transfer to a colleague is communicated to you explicitly.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts of Romania.
